Moto GP 3 PlayStation 2 Cheats

Simulation mode
When playing the game with this mode, remember that you're playing a more sim-like game. Therefore if you lean too far over, your rider will topple over and fall. This mode should only be played once you have relatively mastered gameplay mechanics.

Challenge mode
There are over hundred separate challenges which will unlock many items once they have been beaten. Items you can obtain range from real-life pictures to hidden characters. Notable hidden characters include Jake Slate from Namco's Dead to Rights. The game has a total of 41 bikes of which 12 are immediately available.

Braking
You can use front and rear brakes. The rear brakes are optimized when steering your bike during drift, but it will increase your braking distance. The front brakes is like full/complete brakes. When racing on tracks which require limited braking distances the adjustment of this brake is imperative. Leaning backwards will cause the bike to under steer and send it into the corner, but leaning forward will cause the bike to lose speed when exiting corners, but your turn-ins will get better.

Turns
When entering a turn you want to shift your weight forward so you can maximize steering, but when accelerating out of a turn your weight should be shifted back so you can give your rear wheels more traction.

Walking on Air
In Konquest Mode, The "Walk on Air" glitch can be performed at any time in the Orderrealm. Go to the outermost walkway in H-5, and hug the invisible barrier while you change from H-5 to H-6. You'll end up being able to walk on the air, and even go out where you can't go. This sends you into "Negative Space", or area -1.

Monk movement
Remain idle long enough during Konquest mode and the "monk" will turn around and shrug his shoulders at you.

Open coffins PN and YP in the Krypt. Clear quest mode with all the regular and hidden characters. Once that's done, hold DOWN while selecting Raiden to access Blaze. Hold DOWN while selecting Cyrax to select Mokap.

Attack Early
At the loading screen before the fight, unplug your controller, then plug it back in. You will now be able to move around and attack before it says "Fight". This is better for taking care of harder enemies, by getting a head start in the match.

Easy Wins
Here's a good tip for beginning monster ranchers: when training a monster, raise every stat to at least level ten except for power and accuracy, which should be raised to at least level 20. Monster Hunter PlayStation 2 Cheats

Prepare for Monster Attacks
Try to be prepared to lure a monster to its death. Set traps in multiple places around your village. When a monster is spotted, lure it towards traps. As the monster goes past, have a teammate shoot the traps. They will blow up, injuring or killing the monsters.

Free items
When you are in a quest go to your camp and leave all the stuff you want from the supply box in the supply box. Then beat the mission after it says you will return to town in 30 secs then go to the supply box and take all the stuff you want. When the mission is over and it says all supplies have been returned but when you get to the town you will still have the stuff you took. (use on kelbi mission for easy items.)

Easy money
Once you get the money to buy a BBQ Spit, buy it, then go to the Quest Level 1 missions and do Mission 1. Get ten pieces of Raw Meat. Cook eight pieces of Well Done Meat, then take the other two pieces to the Deliver Box. As soon as you complete the mission and return to your village, go to the woman at the fruit stands. You can sell her Well Done Steak for $48 each.

Recover health on a mission
If you are out of potions and low on health while on a mission, just find the hut that you start at and press X by the bed. Your character will sleep and recover health.

Getting good weapons
Get two small monster bones from the monsters. This can be done in the first level, but if you want to get the sword immediately after the level do not spend $50 before the first level. Then, go to the weapon crafter and have him create the bone sword. It is slow but is incredibly strong.

Item duplication
This trick requires two players. First, have player one take an item such as an Immunizer, Mega Juice, Mega Nutriment, Max Potion, Sm Bone Husk, etc., (all Rare 3 and under). Player two must have an empty inventory. Start a quest that is very easy to finish, such as "It's Party Time". When the quest begins, have player one give all the items to player two. When player one has no more items, have him abandon the quest. Player two should finish the quest. By abandoning the quest, player one will keep their items, and by finishing the quest, player two still have the items received. Do this a few times and you will be able to get easy money by selling the items.

Cephalos or Cephadrome hunting
When hunting Cephalos or Cephadrome, make sure to have Sonic Bombs. Time your throw correctly, so that the bomb explodes on top of the monster. Since they are in the sand, they will be thrown out and momentarily stunned, giving you time to hit it. Also, Small Barrel-Bombs work as well, but they must explode just when the monster is under them. Another thing that works is hitting them with a great sword.

Kut Ku Scales
Kut Ku Scales can be found in area one during level one and two star missions. Go down the hill. Near the edge of the water in one of the corners are some piles of dung. Search them. Every other time you will get a Kut Ku Scale, which can be sold for a high price.

Defeating The CPU
Use the following trick to defeat the CPU with two to four players under the hard difficulty setting. Go to "Custom Rules" and set the houses to 88 and apartments to 22. Turn the jackpot on and set the Landing On Go bonus to $400.00. Pick Land On Free Parking and set the jackpot to $750.00. Use the classic view, as it is easier to see before choosing whichever board you desire. When you start the game, buy only the properties you can get three of and avoid the railroads and utilities. Do not bid top high on the properties that you cannot get much money for. Never bid more money than you have, as you do not want to mortgage properties. Try to get a set, even if it means trading with the CPU or offering them money. Sometimes you will have to offer them both. Once you get a set of two or three, put houses on the cheapest house first, unless you have Boardwalk and Park Place, so you can save money and eventually put up hotels on all your properties. If you have many houses or hotels and get in jail, try to stay in there as long as you can and collect your money. You can also stay in jail if the CPU has many houses or hotels to remain on the safe side. Try to have at least $100 to $200 or more to stay safe. Even if you have to wait to pass Go or land on Free Parking, once you start getting sets and hotels on those properties, try to get sets that are next to each other, or on an entire side of the board.

Getting Better Players
When you are in a season or a franchise, get a player from your lineup, but not as good as your better players. Spend time just trying to find better players than you are using, like Carlos Lee, Normar, Sheffield, Gordon, Lowe , Nathan. Get one of them and try to find one of the best player on a opposing team's line up. Trade your new player for him, such as Martinez.

Inside-the-park Homerun
Hit the ball through the infield then you keep running towards second base until the fielder gets the ball. Then, run about halfway back to first base. You will see the first basemen get the ball. Then, run back to second base. You will make it without a throw if he does go back to first. Keep trying and you will eventually reach second base. Then, run to third base. The third basemen will get the ball halfway, then have your player run back to second base. If it does not work, keep repeating. Do the same thing for home plate. If you do this in season mode it will register as a real home run. This is useful when trying to pass the homerun record. Press L1 to run forward and R1 to run back.

This trick only works under the trainee and rookie difficulty settings. To get straight balls down the middle, pretend to bunt by holding Circle until the pitcher is about to throw the ball. He should throw it straight down the middle all the time.

Perfect game
Have a created pitcher and choose the knuckle ball as your best pitch. Max out all your points on it. In a game, throw the ball very low to the ground and hold it any way that you want it to go. This will get you at least twenty to twenty two strikeouts per game. Do not throw the ball too high.

After you beat Shao Khan you will come to the UKK screen. At the UKK Code Screen press the following:

Shao Khan will say excellent. The screen will start flashing through all the stages. Now you will be at the Portal Stage with Smoke in the middle. A message will say, "From now on, I will be at your disposal." Look at the character select screen, and you shall see Smoke in the middle of the screen. Smoke is not savable to your memory card!

Entering Pleasure Dome
To get access to the Pleasure Dome you have to caught all the generals after you kill the general in his flying ship. If you caught all of clones and him you will be award access to Pleasure Dome, if you don't they will deny you access and just roll the credits.

Gauntlet Level 1: Level warps
Use the exit in the bottom right corner to warp to level 4. Use the exit in the top right corner to warp to level 8.

Gauntlet Level 4: Level warps
Use the hidden exit to the right of the main exit to warp to level 8.

Gauntlet Extra health
You can give yourself extra health by pressing Circle. This way you do not have to keep dying and waiting to continue.

Rampage Alternate character
Select a single player game. Use controller two to play as Lizzie.

Roadblasters Level warp
Enable the Indestructible Demo Mode option and then complete the first ten levels. When you start level 11 you will warp to level 50.

Use vehicles from Smuggler's Run
Insert a memory card with a saved game from Smuggler's Run to use vehicles from that game.

How to get on the ship
In New York, there is a blue spot on one of the edges of the map. Go on the curve road and drive at around 100mph. Look for the blue spot, there will be a hole in a building and that's where you have to go through to get on the ship.

Get Nitrous Boosts
In order to geed the Nitrous boosts, you have to get the third level of a car. Once you have the third level car, for instance the Last Truck, go into a race. Then, click the horn button. You should hear a WHOOSH. (You get a limited supply, so use it wisely; around 5) This really will help you break those neck-and-neck races on the straightaways

Unlock All Cars
To unlock all cars, at the main screen press: L1, L2, R2, R1, X. You will then see a swarm of new cars unlocked!

London bonus cars
Win the 12th, 13th, and 14th waypoint races in New York in arcade mode.

Manhattan bonus cars
Win the 12th, 13th, and 14th waypoint races in London in arcade mode.

All Ascents
Win the 2nd, 5th, and 8th Head-2-Head races.

All Modicums
Win the 3rd, 6th, and 9th Head-2-Head races.

All PTs
Win the 1st, 4th, and 7th Head-2-Head races.

All Piranha
Successfully complete Manhattan levels 3, 6, and 9 in Head-2-Head mode.

All Jones
Successfully complete Manhattan levels 2, 5, and 8 in Head-2-Head mode.

Bonus cars
Look for red circles that appear on various levels. Place your car on the circle until a gurgling sound is heard to unlock a new car. Some of the circles can be found at the following locations:

London
Near the starting point is a ramp on one of the buildings. This leads to the circle on a roof.

Go near the center of the map. The circle is inside the Parliament building (block building with pillars on the outside). Drive through the window to get inside.

Find the strange turn near the Parliament building. Climb up a ramp, then jump to the left or the right, but do not fall off. Turn around to find the circle.

New York
Go near the park above the big tunnel. The circle is on top of a roof that you need to jump to reach.

Go near the aircraft carrier. The circle is inside the second story of a building that you need to jump to enter.

Unlock Tokyo Police Car
To unlock the Tokyo Police Car, beat all circuit races (Arcade Mode) in Tokyo.

Unlock Parisian Police Car
Beat all circuit races in Paris (Arcade Mode) to unlock the Parisian police car.

Unlock LAPD Car
To unlock the LAPD car, beat all circuit races in LA.

Machine Guns and Rockets
To outfit machine guns and rockets to your car, go to the Options menu, and select Options: Cheat Codes. Enter savethekids as a cheat to hook your ride up with machine guns and rockets. When playing the game press R3 to fire rockets and L3 to fire machine guns.

Crazy weapons
To get machine guns and rocket launchers on your vehicle, go to the cheat screen under options and enter the following code: savethekids. Now, during the game simply hit R3 or L3 (press the analog sticks) to fire your new weapons.

Get Guns and Rockets
Enter savethekids (case sensitive) at the cheat screen. Press L3 and R3 to fire them.

Runaway motorbike
Put on the 'savethekids' cheat. You should now have the machine gun and rocket launcher. Now, go to any race or event and make sure you choose a motorbike. Before it says Go, shoot the rocket launcher at a wall. You should go flying and explode. When you get back the bike, the bike won't have you on it. It'll be driving by itself.
